PKCasino.pk respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page explains our process.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on PKCasino.pk infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. Your notice must include all of the following information.
Your identification. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address as the copyright owner or authorised representative.
Description of the copyrighted work. A clear description of the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed, including its original location or publication if applicable.
Location of infringing content. The exact URL or URLs on PKCasino.pk where the allegedly infringing content appears.
Good faith statement. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy statement. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter Notice Procedure
If you believe that content was removed from PKCasino.pk as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA notice, you may submit a counter notice. Your counter notice must include all of the following.
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location on our site before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
PKCasino.pk has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. Any contributor or user who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others will have their access to this site terminated permanently. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion based on valid DMCA notices received.
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and legal fees. Please ensure your notice is accurate and made in good faith before submitting.
